At AEK Youth F.C, we feel strongly that the children should play in a safe & fun environment without unnecessary pressure from the sidelines.

We have parents meetings at the beginning of each season where the managers run through their approach to team selection, admin and codes of conduct/levels of behaviour expected.

We therefore have Codes Of Conduct which all parents/carers, players and coaches must sign up and adhere to. We also have Respect Barriers at all our home matches. Failure to comply with these codes may result in parents/carers/players and coaches being formally warned about their conduct, be asked to not attend matches or in extreme cases being asked to leave the club.
